News and upcoming events!

At Hope Center, the safety and well-being of survivors, staff, and our community are top PRIORITY.

We are constantly monitoring the changes COVID-19 has on our daily lives, and working tirelessly to take the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe at Hope Center and beyond!

For example, residents, staff, and visitors participate in daily health screenings that determine appropriate ways to proceed. Masks are required and provided in the safe house and administrative offices. Physical distancing, hourly hand washing, and frequent surface sanitizing is required throughout the day. Improvements have been made to our filtration systems, and tools like plexiglass shields and touchless trash cans have been installed for best practice. Staff awareness and education is provided through weekly updates and additional training.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our safety practices…please contact an advocate on our Hotline at 570-622-6220.

When home is not safe, Hope Center works hard to be!
